There’s an option for everyone in the services we provide but which option we take is a team decision and we’ll support you through every step.

Hands-on treatment using techniques like massage, stretching, manipulation (‘cracking’) and occasionally dry-needling.
Using a range of mobility and strength exercises and movement patterns, we foster an environment where exercise can be enjoyable and tolerated again, getting you back to your life without needing to set limits.
We provide online personal training and Powerlifting coaching services thanks to our customised app which allows for easy communication and high quality management to ensure you get stronger, quicker.
Sometimes injuries and pains take a toll on us emotionally. They stop us from doing what we love, they make us fearful of simple movements and make daily tasks seemingly nightmares.

My role is to listen to you, like a human and not like a paying patient. I will care more than your other medical professionals who tell you to give up your favourite things or rush you out of the door.
